When it comes to your home, the smallest things can cause the largest issues.  During our weekly or bi-weekly visits we look for signs of water intrusion, leaks from plumbing fixtures, HVAC system is operational, appliances are in order, windows and doors are secure, exterior light timers are adjusted, lanai is secure, pool and water features are in working order, the exterior is in order including landscaping and irrigation. 

Condominiums are very different from homes because your asset could experience damage from a neighboring unit.  When neighboring units are rental properties, it is a good idea to have your condominium visited more frequently.  During our weekly or bi-weekly visits we look for signs of water intrusion from weather and neighboring units, leaks from plumbing fixtures, HVAC system is operational, appliances are in order, windows and doors are secure.  

Rental Properties are very unique because you have individuals staying in your home or condominium and they don't show the same level of care because they have no financial interest in the property.  Based on property type, and during our contracted weekly or bi-weekly visits we ensure the value of your asset is being protected.  We never want to impact the tenant we just want to make sure that your investment continues to be a revenue stream.

Extreme heat can drain your vehicle's battery!  As an added service we can start and/or drive your vehicle to allow the alternator to charge the battery.

Boats sink more often at the dock rather than underway!  As an added service we can visit and visually check on your boat providing you with additional peace of mind knowing that one of your largest investments is being watched.

If any of your assets are left for extended periods of time, our services can help to ensure your assets are being taken care of which provides you peace of mind.  We will communicate every inspection as we want to be a partner with you.

If a vacation or unexpected life event takes you away from your home or condominium for a brief period of time, our service can make it like you never left.  We can collect mail and remove flyers,  water indoor plants, monitor pool, ensure irrigation is operational, confirm HVAC is operating and secure the asset by checking windows and doors are locked.
